A message from John

As a lifelong Georgian from Adrian, Georgia, I was raised on small-town values. My dad was the local doctor, providing care to those who needed it most. From an early age, I watched my dad change people’s lives for the better and I was inspired to do the same.

I later graduated from Mercer University and Mercer University School of Law and fulfilled that calling to give back by advocating for hardworking Georgians in the courtroom, and I still do today.

I took those same rural Georgia values to Atlanta as a state senator in 2015 to fight—and win—for Georgia families. From cutting taxes, creating good-paying jobs, strengthening our pro-business environment, supporting law enforcement, and expanding school choice, to cracking down on criminals and gangs, and standing up for our God-given rights, my priority has always been to put hardworking Georgians first.

In the 2025 legislative session, I successfully worked alongside Governor Brian Kemp to author and champion his top legislative priority that reins in lawsuit abuse, protects consumers, and stands with our small businesses and job creators against powerful special interests. I haven’t shied away from the tough fights in the state legislature—even when it meant taking on some in my own party.

That’s the kind of leadership I will bring to Georgia as our next Lt. Governor—one focused on conservative results, not rhetoric.

Georgia is the best place to live, work, and raise a family, but to keep it that way we cannot take 2026 for granted. We need proven conservative leaders who can win and make sure Georgia’s best days are ahead of us.

As Lt. Governor, I will work around the clock to Keep Georgia Growing, Keep Georgia Learning, and Keep Georgia Safe."
